The Commission accepted and approved the report on recently completed and upcoming
Parks & Recreation activities, and donations, as well as other topics of local interest.

The Commission received a presentation from Parks & Recreation staff on the ownership,
responsible management, and the allowed recreational uses of the three coastal lagoons within
the City of Carlsbad.
4. AB # 1010-4 PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES - (INFO)
The Commission received a presentation from Parks & Recreation staff about several training
and conference opportunities and their associated benefits.
