RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Solicit nominations for, and elect Commission Officers (Chairperson & Vice Chairperson) for the
2011 calendar year.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Each year during the December Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting, annual elections are
held for the positions of Commission Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
The attached form can be used as the ballots in the election of these two positions. After the
nominations have been received and accepted, please write the name of the candidate of your
choice for each position and submit your nomination once the vote is called for by the
Chairperson.
