APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
By proper motion, the minutes of the Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting of December 3, 2010
were approved.
Approved 5-0-1-0 Commissioner Farley Abstained.
1. AB ft 0111-1 COMMISSION SUMMARY REPORT - (ACTION)
The Commission accepted and approved the Summary Report of the December 3, 2010
Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting.

DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS
2. AB # 0111-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT - (ACTION)
The Commission accepted and approved the report on recently completed and upcoming
Parks & Recreation activities, donations, as well as other topics of local interest.

3. AB # 0111-3 CARRILLO RANCH MOU AND DONATION (ACTION)
The Commission received a presentation from Parks & Recreation staff and recommend that the
City Council accept the MOU and donation. This donation will cover the cost to produce an
updated visitor center video.

4. AB ft 0111-4 REQUEST TO FORMALLY NAME THE TWIN INNS GAZEBO (ACTION)
The Commission received a presentation from Parks & Recreation staff and recommend that the
City Council accept a request to formally name the Twin Inns Gazebo at Magee Park the L. John
Simons Twin Inns Gazebo.
