Approved 5-0-2-0 (Commissioners Martyns and Rudick Stein abstained)
By proper motion, the minutes of the Parks & Recreation Commission meeting of November 30, 2012 were approved.
Approved 4-0-3-0 (Commissioners Proulx, Rudick Stein, and Withall abstained)
