•Dec 16th –6800 Blk of Avenida Encinas
•Officers responded to a solo motorcycle collision into
a parked vehicle
•Male found ejected from the motorcycle succumbed
to his injuries on scene

Parking Mgmt Plan in the Village
•Jan 28th Council presentation will include a Parking
Mgmt Plan recommendation for Council
–Chamber of Commerce and the Carlsbad Village
Association were conferred
–Recommendation will be to repeal city’s current CMC with
regard to parking time restrictions OR adopt a resolution
approving the addition of CSO’s that can enforce Mon-Sat
7am –6pm *3 hour parking
