Enforcement of Muni Codes-Timed Parking
Restrictions
•Council approved the adoption of funding for 2 full-
time CSO’s to conduct timed parking enforcement in
the Village and on PDN
•P.D in the process of filling the 2 positions and
purchasing technology/equipment
•Educating the public-enforcement will begin on
Memorial Day weekend

OTS Grant
•OTS DUI Checkpoint scheduled for April 2020
•Nighttime DUI enforcement occurring weekly
•Daytime saturation of high collision areas

CARS4 Location
•Location is moved monthly to address complaints in a
certain area of the city:
–Current location is La Costa Ave between ECR and the Blvd
•Motors have written dozens of red light violation tickets in this
area
