Subject: September Traffic and Mobility Commission Special Meeting schedule
Recommended Action Approve a date for a special meeting to be held in September.
Background
The Labor Day Holiday falls on September 7, 2020 which is the regularly scheduled date for the
September Traffic and Mobility Commission meeting. Because the Labor Day holiday is an official
city holiday the Commission will need to either approve a new date for a special meeting or cancel
the September meeting. Staff has provided the following options for dates for the Traffic and
Mobility Commission’s consideration based on a review of the citywide calendar:
• Cancel the September meeting
• Tuesday Sept. 8, 2020 at 3:00 PM
• Monday Sept. 14, 2020 at 3:00 PM
