were discussed and the Commission unanimously supports
the passage of these three (3) Propositions and recommends
that the Council be advised accordingly (Note, since the
Council meets the day following the Election, the Commissio
requests any assistance possible from the City Staff to
indicate its interest in making public this support, via
the news media) .
San Diego Gas and Electric Encina Plant orientation visit
proposed for the second Saturday in November (the 14th)
for all Commissioners, time - 9:30 A.M., City Manager
to coordinate. Motion was made to this effect.
Since there was no further business, a motion was made
that the meeting be adjourned to Friday, December 11, 1970,
at 7.:30 P.M, and the meeting was adjourned at 10:40 P.M.
