1. Meeting called to order by Acting Chairman Os burn at
7:45 PM
2. Roll Call;
Commissioners Present: Osburn, Phillips, Allen and Dennis, Weeks
Commissioners Absent: Hughes, Gause
3. Letters from Mr. Allan 0. KeJJy and Paul Ecke were read by
Chairman Osburn, of cooperation between both parties and the
San Diego Gas Co. relative to development of a Harbor,
4. ;v'Ir. R. L. Patterson was present the Consulting Engineer and
there was a general discussion relative to the meeting on
May 21, 1959 with the Army Corps of Engineers in Oceans ide.
It was generally agreed upon that a spirit of cooperation
would be displayed at the hearing.
5. It was moved and passed that the tentative agenda for this
hearing be approved with certain modifications.
6. Meet in q; was adjourned at 10:00 PM.
