Called to order 7:50 p.m.
Commissioners present: Allen, Phillips, Dennis, Osborn.
absent : Weeks, Sent?, Hughes
Reports read from California Boating Council, State Small Craft end Harbor
Commission,
Discussion relative the value of Harbor Commission. This being second meat-
ing where a quorum was obtained in the past 5 months.
Third submission to City Council of recommendation to form n harbor district.
First recommended about 5 raontha ago.
Motion by Comm. Osborn, Seconded by Oomra* Phillips.
Move that the City Council forward a resolution to the County
Boerd of Supervisors supporting the boundaries of a Harbor
District as proposed b ^ the Harbor Association of Northern
San Diego County.
Passef unanimously.

P.S. Since this meeting a group of citizens from the City of Del Mar have
asked to have their City included in this District. This would make
the District continuous on the coast line frora the City of Sen Diego
to the City of Oceanside.
