MEETING: Housing and Redevelopment Advisory Committee (Continued meeting)

The meeting was called to order by Co- Chairman Ward at 4:OO P.M.

Present- Co-Chairman Hayes, Members Chriss, Runzo, Helton, Carney, Sanchez.

REVIEW OF PROJECT STATUS BOARD
Staff presented to the Committee for their comments a project statu .board that will be implemented to assist in keeping track and givin and ongoing picture of projects that are in effect. Staff asked
the Committee for any additional items of information they would like seen on the project status board.
Committee suggested that the initiation date of a project be includ on the board. Staff suggested that the Committee notify them as to other items of information they would like implemented on the board.

Staff distributed letters that were prepared for the Committee co-chairpersons that are to be sent to Mayor Packard, Ronald
Beckman; Assistant City Manager , and Chamber of Commerce Committee on Downtown Redevelopment.

Staff discussed with the Conhittee the correspondence that was
distributed earlier in the meeting.

Discussion was held on the Affordable Housing Proposal that was
being forwarded to City Council. Staff discussed the report in detail with the Committee and asked for any comment pertaining to said report. -
Committee agreed with the importance of this proposal and felt that
the recommendation was correct and that such a proposal would benef the City.
