CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Vice-chairman McCoy at 5:04 p.m.

and Sanchez.

1. San Diego Proposed Guidelines - Satellite Antennas
Chris Salomone, Comnunity Redevelopment Manager, reported on this item, stating he wanted this Comnittee to see the proposed guidelines for the antennas. the consensus of the Comnittee Members was that guidelines will be needed to requlate these antennas.

Chris Salomone explained the proposed Developent
Processing Division to be implemented under the Direction
of Marty Orenyak. system could be used to inform people just where a developnent application is in the processing.

Chris Salomne reported there would be a meeting tomorrow on this program, and he called attention to the Agenda
