Meeting started at 10:35 a.m.
Staff called Partners for Livable Communities so that they could receive the same
background information that the Committee received. They were there to answer any
questions that the Committee had about the process.
The Committee was bumped from the original workshop date of September 27, 2007
because of the Grand Opening of the golf course. Sandra Holder presented gave the
Committee some other possible dates and locations for the workshop to be held.

Discussion followed regarding the number of meetings, where and how to conduct the
meetings. The Committee wants to have the workshop on neutral ground and not at a
City Administrative facility.
It was decided to put the Workshop discussion on the Agenda for the August 22, 2007
meeting. A motion was made and seconded to hold the first workshop on October 1,
2007 at The Crossings clubhouse.
Michael Holzmiller and Gary Barberio gave an overview of the information contained in
the notebooks distributed to the members of the Prop D Citizens Liaison Committee.
The Propositon D overview will be placed on the Agenda for the August 22, 2007
meeting.
