CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Maerkle called the meeting to order at 220 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Cap, Louis, and Maerkle
Absent: Henley and Kubota
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by Commissioner Louis.
COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE:
There were no request to address the Commission.
OLD BUSINESS:
The General Manager, Robert Greaney, gave an update on the San Diego County Water
Authority’s proposed Customer Service Plan (CSP).
WATER COMMISSION REPORTS:
Presidents & Manager’s Report - Maerkle
Tom Levy presented Coachella Valley’s views on the proposed ID and CWA’s water transfers.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes were approved as submitted.
ADJOURNMENT: By proper motion, the regular meeting of October 23, 1996 was adjourned
at 3:35 P.M.
