Absent: Al Moe, Win Priday, Glenn McComas, R. L. Barrett
The meeting was opened by Chairman Bob Watson and discussion was
held o.n the financial aspects of the Water Department.
1971-72 Budget was reviewed. Discussion was held on waterline from
San Luis Rey. City Manager was instructed to come up with figures
for a 25% increase in water rates. Requested that he look into in-
cluding 400 cubic feet of water with the Ready-to-Serve charge.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
