The meeting was called to order by Chairman
Peterson. Members present besides the Chairman
was Director Jo'se. Director Helton was abent.
The Chairman announced this Special Meeting was
called,for the purpose of approving payment of
current expenditures incurred by the Carlsbad
Bui 1ding Authority.
Bills in the amount of $28,386.60 were presented
for approval, of which $19,587.20 represented
the first progress payment to C.- A. Larsen Con-
struction Co., contractor for the project.
After due consideration by the Board, by proper
motion the bills were approved in the amount of
$28,386.60 as submi tted.,
Upon motion of the Board, the meeting was adjour Peterson
ed at 4:30 P.M. • Jose
