Members present besides the Chairman were Directors E. H. Jose, Jr. and C. R. Helton. Also present was the City Clerk, ex-officio member and Auditor for the Carlsbad Building Authority. Preliminary Audit Report.Mrs. informed the Adams, Auditor for the-Authority, informed the members Wayne Carroll, of Carroll & Brantley, Associates, certi fied public accountants, had audited the books and had presented a preliminary audit. As of October 14, 1968, the construction fund shows a' balance of $2,922.06; however, there are still some outstanding bills to be paid.
