The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by
Chairman Peterson. Members present besides the
Chairman were Directors Jose "and Helton.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: .Minutes of
meeting held September 17, 1969,
as-submi tted. .
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Authorization was given for
the payment of the bill submitted by Carroll &
Brantley in the amount of . $275.00, for prepara-
tion of the annual audit,-and that funds be a p - -
propriated from the Working Capital Fund.
The statement from the United States National
Bank in the amount of.$2,026.95 was held over .
from the meeting of-September 17, 1969. The
Secretary reported she-had contacted Mr. Fritz
Stradling of Rutan & Tucker,. attorney for the
Building Authority, concerning the fees set forth
in the contract with the United States National
Bank as Trustee, and Mr. Stradling reported the
fees were in accordance with the contract. Fur-
ther, in the event the Authority was considering
a change in the Trustee, that it would be costly
to make the change.
Chairman Peterson s.tated he would like to continu
this item until a further check could be made.
ANNUAL AUDIT: At the previous meeting the
Secretary was instructed-to contact the Architect
as to the amount.actually.spent for'1andscaping
and other miscellaneous items, and she reported
a letter was received from.Weber & Edwards stat-
ing the only amount.al1 owed for landscaping in
the contract was for the installation of the
sprinkler system in the amount of $4,841.00.
It was noted that other materials were authorized
by the Authority,, i.e., purchase of additional,
blocks, encl osure . for-'trash bins, gravel for
plant ing areas, etc.
Following discuss ion.the.annual audit was approv-
ed as submitted by Carroll & Brantley.
