The meeting was called to..order at 5:00-P.M. by
Chairman Peterson. Members present besides the
Chairman were Directors.Jose and Helton.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS: Director Peterson nominatec
Director Helton as Chairman , and.the nomination
was seconded by Director Jose.
By a unanimous vote.of.the members of the Buildinc
Authority Director Helton was el ected-C'hai rman
of the Authority .for .the coming year.
Director Jose nominated .Director Peterson as
Vice Chairman, and the ,nomination was seconded by
Director Helton.
By proper mot ion Director.Peterson was elected.
Vice Chairman of the Building Authority.for the
comingyear.
Upon motion made by Director .Helton and seconded
by Director Peterson,- Director.Jose was'elected..
Secretary of the .Author-i ty _for the coming year.
Schedule of Meeting Dates. Director Jose refer-
red to Section 2 of-Resolution .#1 -of the Carlsbad
Building Authority,-wherein the Building Authority
established the first-Monday.in-October, January,
and July of each year..at the .hour of-1 0: 00 .A.M.
as the date and time of-holding the regular meet-
ings of the governing., board.
Director Peterson stated.it would.be impossible
for him to meet at-10:00-A.M.
