The meeting was called to order by Chairman Helton
at 2:10 P.M. Members present besides the Chairman
were Director Huking. Director Heim was absent.
AUDIT OF RECORDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1975-76.
Discussion was held on the Audit Report submitted
by Wayne Carroll , "ab'd the] report was accepted
as submitted.
PAYMENT OF BILLS:
The following bills were presented for -payment:
Wayne Carroll $220.00
(Preparation of Audit)
Crocker National Bank $439.00
(Trustees fees)
Authorization was given for payment of the bills
intheamountof$659.00.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion the meeting was adjourned at
2:30 P.M.
