The meeting was called to order by Chairman Helton
at 2:02 P.M. Members present were Chairman Helton,
Vice-Chairman Helm,: and Secretary .Huki ng arrived

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: .
Minutes of the Special Meeting held November 9,
1978, were approved as submitted.
Minutes of the Special Meeting held February 26,
1-979, were approved as submitted.
AUDIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1978-79.i
The Audit Report prepared by Wayne Carroll, -Certi-
fied Public Accountant, was approved as submitted.
PAYMENT OF BILLS:
The following bills were presented for payment:
Wayne Carrol 1 -Preparation of Audit $285.00
Crocker National Bank $448.00
Authorization was given the payment of the bill in
the amount of $285.0.0 from Wayne Carroll for pre-
paration of the Audit, and the bill in the amount
of $448.00 from Crocker! National Bank for Trustees
Fees for the year ended June 30, 1979.
INSTRUCTIONS TO TRUSTEE RE BONDS:
The City Clerk explained her conversation with. Mr.
Glen of Crocker National Bank re the operation of
the sinking fund, referencing her Memorandum to the
Authority dated October 1, 1979. j
She reiterated the request of the Trustee ito be
authorized to attempt to obtain the required amount
of bonds on the open mark e-t. j'
In response to a question, and by the completion of
a phone call to the Trustee, it was noted 'that the
Trustee's fee for buying bonds on the open market
would be the

Following brief discussion, the Authority requested
that the Trustee be instructed to purchase the re-
quired amount of bonds on the open market, and if
necessary, advertise and call the necessary amount.
OFFICERS:
No change was made in th« officers. It was noted
that Mr. Huking had requested he not be reappointed
to. the Authori ty .
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the meeting was adjourned at
2:30 P.M.
