MEMBERS
CALL TO ORDER;
The Meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL;
Members present were:
Charles Rowe - Chairman
Arthur Brown - Secretary
Members absent were:
Andy Borden - Vice-Chairman
APPROVAL OF MINUTES;
The Minutes of the Special Meeting held January 20,
1986, were approved as submitted.
3. Audit For Fiscal Year 1985-86.
The Authority approved the audit report for fiscal year
1985-86 as submitted by Diehl, Evans and Company.
4. Payment of Bills.
The Authority ratified previous payments made to
.Crocker National Bank in the amount of $427.03 and
$878.71.
The Authority authorized the City Clerk. to pay the bill
from Diehl , Evans and Company when received and once
compared with their proposal to insure conformance.
5. Election of Officers for Calendar Year 1986.
The Members of the Authority agreed they would continue
with the rotation of officers.
Officers for the 1987 Calendar Year are as follows:
Borden - Chairman
Brown - Vice-Chairman
Rowe - Secretary
ADJOURNMENT;
The Meeting was adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
