CALL TO ORDER:
Vice-chairman Cap called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Members present were: Marvin Cap and Don Pool
Members absent were: Charlie Rowe
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the Special Meeting held January 30, 1990 were
approved as presented.
3. AUDIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90:
The Authority approved the audit report for fiscal year 1989-90 as
submitted by Peat Marwick Main & Company.
4. PAYMENT OF BILLS:
a. Bill from Bankers Trust Company of California dated
February 15, 1990 in the amount of $952.68.
b. Bill from Bankers Trust Company of California dated
July 31, 1990 in the amount of $3,140.00.
c. Bill from Bankers Trust Company of California dated
December 26, 1990 in the amount of $882.10.
5 . ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1991 :
Members of the Authority agreed upon the following slate of officers
for calendar year 1991:
Cap - Chairman
Pool - Vice-Chairman
Rowe - Secretary/Treasurer
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 3:42 p.m.
