CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Cap called the meeting to order at 3:37 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Marvin Cap, Don Pool and Charles Rowe
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the Special Meeting held January 9, 1991 were approved as presented.
AYES: Members Cap, Pool, Rowe
AUDIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-9 1:
The Authority approved the audit report for fiscal year 1990-91 as submitted by Peat Marwick Main
& Company.
AYES: Members Cap, Pool, Rowe
PAYMENT OF BILLS:
The Authority ratified payment of the following:

b.
Bill from the City of Carlsbad for preparation of the 1989-90 audit;
Bill from Bankers Trust Company of California dated July 15,1991 in the amount of $3,140.00; and
The Authority approved payment of the following:
C. Bill from Bankers Trust Company of California dated January 29, 1992 in the amount of $956.64.

ELECIlON OF OFFICERS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1992:
Members of the Authority agreed upon the following slate of officers for calendar year 1992:
Cap - Chairman Rowe - Vice-chairman
