CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Cap called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the Special Meeting held February 20, 1992, were approved as presented.

RATIFICATION OF PAYMENT OF BILLS:
The Authority ratified the payment of the following:
a. Bill from First Trust California dated August 14, 1992 in the amount of $3,140 for
Administrative & Paying Agent Services for 12 months ending July 1 , 1992.
b. Bill from City of Carlsbad dated September 23, 1992, in the amount of $500 for the
preparation of the 1991 -92 Audit.
C. Bill from City of Carlsbad dated March 31, 1992, in the amount of $500 for the
preparation of the 1990-91 Audit.

AUDIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991 -92:
The Authorii approved the audit report for fiscal year 1991-92 as submitted by KPMG Peat Marwick.

JANUARY 31. 1993 AUDIT (FINAL ACCOUNTING):
The Authority approved the final audit report dated January 31, 1993 as submitted by KPMG Peat
Marwick.

NOTICE OF TERMINATION CIF JPA:
The Authorii approved the Quitclaim Deed and the Notice of Termination of joint Exercise of Powers
Agreement; and adopted Resolution No. 7, dissolving the Governing Board of the Carlsbad Building
Authority.

ADJOURNMENT:
The final meeting of the Carlsbad Building Authority adjourned at 350 p.m.
