KOYL was present and informed the Council that origin- i :ally he had requested that all of hfs property be rezoned : i to R-3; however, he would be willing to have just the I I :easterly 200' of his property rezoned to R-3, as he felt i i there was a need for multiple dwelling in this arear I !MR. DAVID R. DINIUS stated he owns approximately 10 acres I ton both sides of Nr. Koyl*s property. The other property : i owners have no object ion to R-3, but there should be some i !plan developed in order that the entire area could be I I I opened up as this land is land-locked. He is opposed to ani IR-3 zone until such time as there is a plan developed for ; i the entire area. ICm. La Roche stated he had looked over the entire area i Iand felt this area is an ideal spot for industrial zoning, : :due to the fact the railroad backs up against the property. i :Mr. Koyl stated he is only asking to have the easterly 200 I :feet rezoned to R-3, and there would still be sufficient : \area to the west of his property for other development.
