; The subject of arousing interest in street improvernents i i with City participation was discussed at some length and : : the City Eanager was instructed to write a letter to the i i property owners in the Jefferson Street Improvement Dist- : : rict svplaiaing in detail the way streets may be improved I i with City participation.
