I Agreement re: Joint Sewer project. A meeting was held I' i with the Vista Sanitation Uistrict. There are funds avaif- : ; able through a federal grant under public law 660, to assis& : in financing the joint sewer: project. One party has to be i i the applying agency. As Vista is the contracting agency ; ; it was felt they should apply for the grant. The City Manager informed the Counci4 i Mr. Dekema was contacted regarding off-ramps at ; Cannon itoad, and he indicated that his department could i : indicate the off-ramps at Cannon Boad on the map, and i : when traffic warrants it, the construction of the off-ramps: i would be considered.
