In going through the city it is : very noticeable the amount of equipment that has been i i purchased through this surplus.
I The City Manager also pointed out he receives consider- i : able help from these people. They help with all the forms: i etc, Vi e have purchased several pieces of equipment ! through surplus. This is why $3,0il0.00 is placed under i I Capital Cutlay.
