The City waived the contractors contract : :to go to the right of way on this project. In doing so he did !not cut at the property line but cut 1' back of the sidewalk. I :The reason for waiving this was the offi&&grade of the ; !sidewalks would necessitate reworking of the on-site drive: :way and it would be of no benefit to this property to cut at : :the property line. I I :As to the drainage, the drainage is taken care of through ! :conduits from the freeway.
