Bores, Escondido, stating he i Wished to report tne heroic efforts of four young men from; jthe community of Carlsbad. On Sunday, April 1 E, 1965, : :Danny Avina, 14 ayne Kitzmiller, Bruce Gordon and George! iYarberry were responsible for rescuing his son David j Bores, and his son-in-law James Schaffer from the brbu- : !lent ocean waters at the refueling buoys, Emina Plant, 8 r ;Carisbad.
