ROLL CALL:
SMOKING PERMITTED. Permission was granted to allow smoking in the Council Chambers during the work session.
[99] REVLSED SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE. Discussion con- tinued on the Revised Subdivision ordinance.
Addendum #1 , dated March 10, 1975 was reviewed and the following corrections made:
Page 4 - Change words "Director of Planning" "City Counci 1 I' ; to1 Page 5 - Sec. 20.12.110, Subsection (c) - end of first line change the word "shall" to Itmay".
By common consent it was agreed that Addendum No. 1 dated March 10, 1975 be accepted as cor- rected.
Fee Schedule. Extensive discussion was held concerning the proposed fee schedule. Cmn. Chas
presented a report comparing fees paid by Bee Ce Company on one of its projects under the present fee schedule and the proposed fee schedule, and stated his opposition to increasing the fees.

A recess was called at 6:30 P.M. and the meeting reconvened at 7:18 P.M. with all members present.
Discussion on the fee schedule resumed and the City Engineer presented a comparative fee sched- ule with other cities within the county.
By motion of the Council the fee schedule pro- posed in the Revised Subdivision ordinance was accepted.
Addendum No. 2. Sec. 20.16.040 - School Site Dedication. Following discussion it was agreed that Section 20.16.040 be left out of the ordi- nance, and the staff was instructed to forward a copy of the section to all school districts affected for their review.
Sec. 20.48.070 - Severability, and Sec. 20.48.080- Conflict - Approved maps, were approved as draft- ed in Addendum Sheet No. 2.
Sec. 20.12.130 - Appeal to City Council. Dis- cussion was held on procedure for an appeal by any person adversely affected by action of the Planning Commission with respect to a tentative map.
It was the concensus of the Council a public hearing should be held by the Planning Commissi or and the City Council on all tentative maps, there. by eliminating the need for an appeal procedure.
Addendum Sheet No. 3 dated March 12, 1975 was approved as presented.

Page 18 of the proposed ordinance under sec. 20.12.070 it was agreed that the three (3) day requirement be changed to five (5) days.
The City Attorney reveiwed some of the highlights of the State Map Act, and pointed out there will be City Standards that will be adopted along with the ordinance. These will be adopted by way of a resolution.
In conclusion the staff was instructed to pre- pare the Revised Subdivision ordinance for Motion introduction to include the corrections that were Ayes xxx discussed and agreed upon in the two work session:;.
Council Projects. The City Manager informed the Council he would be sending a memorandum to the members of the Council, listing the status of the projects the Council has requested.
