The City Manager reviewed several additions that should be made to the Budget, a.s set forth in his Memorandum dated July 13, 1977, which in- cluded salary adjustments, additional costs for general insurance and health insurance and the
$132,657.00 to be added to the Budget. He in- dicated there was an additional $275,000 in Revenue Sharing Funds available and suggested certain capital projects, now funded fr5m the General Fund, be funded from the Revenue Sharing Fund. This transfer would increase the fund
'' Police and Fire radio console, totalling
Fund Balance of $141,343.00, and this amount could be used for tax reduction of additional projects.
The fol lowing Departmental. Budgets. were reviewed and tentatfvely approved:

RECESS:
Mayor Frazee called for a recess at 8:35 P.M. and the Council reconvened at 8:48. P.M., with all Council members present.
It was agreed by the Council that discussion of the Tax Rate be held and this time, :with resumption of the Budget Review following.
