[113] 1. AGENDA BILL #5654 - Supplement #2 - REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LAKE CALAVERA HILLS (MP-l5O(A)).
The following Ordinance was given a second
reading and adopted by title only:
ORDINANCE NO. 9517, APPROVING AN AMENDED MASTER
PLAN (MP-l50(A)) FOR A PLANNED COMMUNITY OF APPROXIMATELY 800 ACRES TO BE KNOWN AS LAKE CALAVERA HILLS GENERALLY LOCATED WESTERLY OF LAKE CALAVERA AND SOUTHERLY OF COLLEGE BOULEVARD
ADDITIONAL BUSINESS:
The City Attorney informed Council that the City of San Mateo had passed an ordinance prohibiting election signs on public property and that there is curre-ntly a. law suit regarding the matter.
He questioned Council's desire as to joining with the City of San Mateo as amicus curiae in this matter.
[411 Council directed the City Attorney to take the
necessary action joining with the City of San Mateo as amicus curiae in the suit of Condon
, versus the City of San Mateo.
