Mayor Packard stated the purpose of the meeting
was to hold an Executive Session.
Council adjourned ~o an Executive Session at
5:03 P.M. Mayor .Packard announced that
litigatio~ would be discussed.
Council reconvened at 6:27 P.M. with four
Council memb~rs present, and Mayor Packard·
announced litigati9n had been discussed.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the meeting was adjourned at
6:28 P.M.
