Council discussed the fact that a reduction of the radius from 20 feet to 15 feet would only result in a net savings to any property owner of 2-'1/2 feet and felt i.t was not justified in view of the potential safety hazards and other problems resulting from any further. reduction. Council accepted the staff recommendation of a 20 foot radius. E781 25. AB #5781 - Supplement #2 - OFF ROAD VEHICLE ORDINANCE. Council introduced the following Ordinance: ORDINANSE NO. 3113 AMENDING TITLE 8.
