1 Councilman Anear announced his discussion
with a possible candidate to the Public Facilities' Fee Committee to 'represent the
Local Developer Interests category and, pursuant to Council Procedural Ordinance, Council unanimously agreed to consider appointments to the Committee at this meeting. 8.. (28) PUBLIC FACILITIES' FEE COMMITTEE.
Following brief discussion, Couricil appointed Mar.ty Rombotis a member of the Public Facilities' Fee Committee to represent the - I construction industry.

Council then discussed the possibility of nominating Rosemary Stafford to the Committee. It was noted Ms. Stafford had been recommended by the League of Women Voters as
an alternate nominee to represent their category.
' (28) Council appointed Rosemary Stafford a member of the Public Facilities' Fee Committee to represent the interests; of the residents' and
homeowners of South Palomar Airport Road- area; subject to confirnation of her willing- ness to serve.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Council adjourned to an Executive Session at
personnel matters. . 6':lO P.M. for the purpose of discussing
Council reconvened at 9': 15 P.M., with all members. present, and Mayor Packard announced
that prospective appointees to the position of. Interim City Manager had been interviewed, and no decision had been reached.
By proper motion, Council adjourned at 9:25 P.M., to September 21, 1979 at 10:45 A.M.in Council Chambers.
