ROLL CALL:
Maybr Packard. stated the purpose of the meeting
was to decide on the appointment of an interim
City Manager.
The.City Manager, Mr. Bussey, stated that Mr.
Derhetz was prepared to accept the appointment
under the terms stipulated by the City Council.
Council appointed Mr~ J. Wayne Dernetz as
Special ManagemeQt Consultant to .the City
Manager and City Council for the period
:September 24, 1979 through October 5, 1979, at
which time Mr~ Dernetz will become Acting City

be for three months a~a compensation of
$3,333. per month. ·
ADJOURNMENT:
