ROLL CALL:
Mayor Packard stated the previous meeting had
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Council adjourned to an executive session at 2:03 P.M. for the purpose of discussing personnel. Council reconvened at 3:32 P.M. with all. Council members present, and. the Mayor announced that personnel had been di scussed.
Mayor Packard then stated with regard to items numbers 15 and 16 on the Council agenda .for the meeting of December 4, 1979, a request had b’een received for Council to reconsider an action taken at “their meeting of November 28, 1979.
The item subject to the request was item number
~ 34, Agenda Bill No. 6078 titled La Costa Land
could not be processed. ..
their action on Agenda Bill No. 6078.
Councilman Skotnicki questioned whether it was appropriate to bring this type of item before Council at this type of meeting in tha.t no prior noticing had taken place.

The majority of the Council indicated their desire that additional information ‘regarding the
matter be placed on their agenda for .the December 4, 1979 meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the meeting was adjourned at 3:35 P.M.
