MINUTES
Meeting of: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
Date of Meeting: March 6, 1990
Time of Meeting: 5:30 p.m.
Place of Meeting: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine
and Larson.
Absent: Council Member Mamaux.
CLOSED SESSION:
1. CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION:
Council, by consensus, adjourned to a Closed Session at
5:35 p.m., in accordance with Government Code Section
54956.9 (a) to discuss the Pieti v. City of Carlsbad
pending litigation, Case No. 89 1222 5 (CM).
Council re-convened at 5:57 p.m., with four Members
present and Council Member Mamaux absent.
Mayor Lewis announced that Council had heard the
Attorney's report and had instructed him accordingly.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 6, 1990,
was adjourned at 5:58 p.m.
