Meeting of: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
Date of Meeting: November 6, 1990
Time of Meeting: 5:30 p.m.
Place of Meeting: City Council Chambers
CALI, TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Pettine, Mamaux, Larson,
Kulchin and Mayor Lewis.
Absent : None.
CLOSED SESSION:
CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:31 p.m., in
accordance with Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to
discuss the following:
1. City v. Thompson, Case No. N43918;
2. West Coast General v. City, Case No. N46495;
3. City v. Bancroft, Case No. N40694.
Council re-convened at 5.56 p.m., and Mayor Lewis
reported Council discussed the matters and instructed
the Attorney accordingly.
ADJOURNMENT :
By proper motion, the Special Meeting was adjourned at
5:57 p.m.
