Meeting of: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Nygaard, Stanton, Larson,
Kulchin and Mayor Lewis.
Absent : None.
PRESENTATION:
Mayor Lewis explained the selection process, and
announced that Roy Sanchez was the recipient of the
Carlsbad Citizen of the Year Award. He presented Mr.
Sanchez with a plaque and recited many of Mr. Sanchez's
contributions to the City through the years.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of January 29,
1991, was adjourned at 5:13 p.m.
