Meeting of: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
Date of Meeting: May 6, 1991
Time of Meeting: 5:30 p.m.

CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Nygaard, Stanton,
Kulchin and Mayor Lewis. Council Member
Larson arrived at 5:50 p.m.
Absent : None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:35 p.m., to
discuss the status of the Carlsbad City City Employees
labor negotiations.
Council re-convened at 6:lO p.m., with all Council
Members present.
Mayor Lewis reported Council had met to discuss labor
negotiations and had instructed their negotiators.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of May 6, 1991,
was adjourned at 6:lO p.m.
