Meeting of: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Stanton, Larson, Kulchin
and Mayor Lewis. Council Member Nygaard
arrived at 5:47 p.m.
Absent : None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:45 p.m.,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to
discuss McSparran v, City, Spencer, Case No. N48514.
Council re-convened at 5:56 p.m., with five Council
Members present.
Mayor Lewis reported Council had instructed the City
Attorney concerning the litigation.
ADJOURNMENT :
By proper motion, the Special Meeting was adjourned at
5:57 p.m.
