MINUTES
Meeting of: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
Date of Meeting: July 2, 1991
Time of Meeting: 5:30 p.m.
Place of Meeting: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Nygaard, Stanton,
Larson, Kulchin and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
1. CLOSED SESSION LABOR NEGOTIATIONS.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:31 p.m.,
pursuant to Government Code 54956.9(a), to discuss
the status of labor negotiations with the Carlsbad
City Employees' Association.
Council re-convened at 6:17 p.m., with all Council
Members present.
Mayor Lewis reported Council had instructed the
Negotiating Team.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting was adjourned at
6:17 p.m.
