Meeting of: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis zalled the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Nygaard, Stanton,
Larson, Kulchin and Mayor Lewis.
Absent : None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:31 p.m.,
in accordance with Government Code 54956.9(a) to
discuss CCEA v. City of Carlsbad, Mannen, et al,
Case No. N52391, and to discuss initiation of
litigation pursuant to Government Ccde Section
54956.9(c).
Council re-convened at 6:03 p.m., with all Council
Members present.
Mayor Lewis reported Council had instructed the
City Attorney concerning the litigation.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper moticn, the Special Xeeting was adjourned at
6:04 p.m.
