Meeting of: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
Date of Meeting: September 10, 1991
Time of Meeting: 5:45 p.m. Place of Meeting: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Nygaard, Stanton
Larson, Kulchin and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a closed session at 5:45 p.m., pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss the
McSparran v. City of Carlsbad, Spencer, Case N48514,
pending litigation.
Council reconvened at 5:53 p.m. with all Council Members
present, and Mayor Lewis stated that Council had instructed
the City Attorney concerning the pending litigation.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting was adjourned at 5:54
p.m.
