CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
ROLL cAI;L was taken by the Assistant City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Nygaard, Stanton, Larson, Mayor Pro Tern Kulchin and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
11 1. CLOSED SESSION LITIGATION
Council adjourned at.5:46 p.m., to discuss pending litigation, City v. Murphy, Case No. N48064, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
Council re-convened at 5:52 p.m., with all Members present, and Mayor Lewis announced that Council had instructed the Attorney.
