CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order at 11:12 a.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin and Nygaard
Absent: Council Members Larson and Stanton
!4 GNATCATCHER HABITAT MITIGATION PROGRAM:
Representatives from the City, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, California Department of Fish and Game, Endangered Habitats League, and The Fieldstone Company announced the completion of the Gnatcatcher Habitat Conservation Program, and responded to questions.
ADJOURNMENT :
The meeting adjourned at 11:38 a.m.
