MINUTES OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting) DATE OF MEETING: May 19, 1992 TIME OF MEETING: 5:30 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER:
The Meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Assistant City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Nygaard, Stanton and Larson. Mayor Lewis arrived at 5:48 p.m.
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Kulchin.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:35 p.m., to discuss the following pending litigation:
41 1. Cities of Escondido, Oceanside, Carlsbad and Encinitas v. City of
San Marcos, Case No. N53913, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
Council re-convened at 5:58 p.m., with all four Members present, and Mayor Pro Tem Kulchin absent. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had instructed the Attorney concerning the pending litigation.
